Pricing questions
Why does free-roam say “starting at”?
The free-roam price changes with the day you play. $39 is the lowest it goes. Pick a date and time in booking and you will see the exact price before you pay.
What is the difference between the $39 and $35 experiences?
Zero Latency free-roam is our flagship: a warehouse-scale arena you walk through with up to 8 players. The $35 experiences are smaller-team formats: escape rooms for 2 to 5, VR Adventures double features, and Hero Zone arcade games.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Group rates start at 16 players. Call (904) 379-7519 and we will price your group. For a full buyout, see private events.
Can I combine an escape room with a free-roam game?
Yes, and the escape room is 25% off when you package it with one of our Zero Latency free-roam games.
Do we need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome, but sessions fill up, especially on weekends. Booking ahead guarantees your slot and keeps your whole group together.
How old do you have to be?
Most experiences are best for ages 8 and up. Hero Zone is the gentlest starting point for younger players.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Buy one online. They work well for birthdays, holidays and workplace rewards.
